Everywhere in Egypt — all 27 governorates. Cairo & Giza in 1–3 business days, Alexandria & the Delta 2–4, Upper Egypt & the Red Sea 3–6, Sinai and remote areas 4–7. Delivery is a flat 80 LE.

Are Betna products plant-based?
Yes. Every product is made from plant-derived ingredients — olive and coconut oil in PH9 castile soap, coco-glucoside and plant acids in the cleaners, bio-ethanol and white vinegar in the sprays — and scented only with essential oils. Where are Betna products made?
In Egypt, in small batches. The essential oils that scent the range are sourced from farms across Egypt. Betna is operated by Betna Trade — Moetaz Helmy & Partners.
What is PH9 castile soap?
A liquid castile soap made from olive and coconut oil with a pH around 9 — one bottle for body, hands, face, dishes, floors and more. Four scents: Lemongrass, Lavender, Tea Tree and Unscented.
Is the baby range fragrance-free?
Yes. Baby Laundry Gel and Baby Bottle & Nipple Cleanser are fragrance-free and dye-free.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
